The 2019 Continuum of Care NOFA has been released. 

Today, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development released theNotice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Fiscal Year 2019 Continuum of Care Program Competition.

This funding notice makes $2.254 billion available to communities across the country to fund housing assistance and services for people experiencing homelessness. Also, like the 2018 CoC Program Competition, an additional $50 million is available for projects dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking. Read the full 2019 NOFA here.

*** Continuum of Care Grant Deadlines *** (posted July 8, 2019)

  • Consolidated Application due September 30, 2019.
  • Program Applications due August 30, 2019 (at least 30 days prior to grant deadline).
  • Rank and Review & applicants notified of results due by September 13, 2019 (at least 2 weeks prior to submission).
  • Notice of Intent to apply for CoC funds due August 1, 2019.
  • Meeting for the applicants to review the Rank and Review forms will take place August 12, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. - Correction -- There will be a webinar on August 19th from 3:30 to 4:30 to review the rank and review forms. Agencies that submitted their letter of intent will receive an email invitation from Michael Tonarely. Questions can be directed to him via email: michael.tonarely@icalliances.org
  • Rank and Review forms due from applicants to the committee by September 6, 2019 at 4pm.
